By advancing the cultural, economical, political and social interests of the black community at all levels; local, state, national and internationally, DABO interactively engages and organizes current and future organizations through the Sheffield Center, radio broadcasting, social media, community meetings, accessible programs and now through a mobile application. Founded by Labor and Civil Rights Leader Horace L.Sheffield Jr., and now ran by his son, Reverend Horace L. Sheffield III, DABO is a federation of over 150 Black organizations whose primary purpose and mission is to empower, equip and serve the organizations that belong to the federation. This app is designed to include all things DABO and consists of the live "On The Line with Rev. Horace Sheffield" radio broadcast, Information and Updates on DABO's current events and future projects, what's being offered at The Sheffield Center, how to become involved or affiliated with us, push notifications and much more!
